(CAN) NAV WIRE IN LT WING FOUND ATTACHED WITH MASKING TAPE TO COMPRESSION TUBE. WIRE WAS CHAFING ON TUBE AND EXPOSED WIRE CAUSING SHORT AGAINST COMPRESSION TUBE, BLOWING FUSE.
