## Discrepancy

(CAN) THE BELT BROKE 2 MINUTES AFTER TAKE-OFF.  OAT WAS -15C.  THE AIRCRAFT MADE A NORMAL HYDRAULIC-OFF LANDING.  NO UNCOMMANDED CONTROL MOVEMENT OCCURRED AT THE TIME OF THE INCIDENT.
