(CAN) AFTER DEPARTURE, THE AIRCRAFT SUFFERED A COMPLETE ELECTRICAL FAILURE. THE CREW NOTICED A BURNING ODOR. THE AIRCRAFT RETURNED WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT.
