ADJACENT RIVETS REPLACED.  SERVICE KIT SK185-27 INSTALLED TO FACILITATE SCREW JACK REMOVAL.  LT TRIM JACK REMOVED.  NEW SCREW PART NUMBER 0712500-11 INSTALLED.  TRIM JACK REINSTALLED.  RIGGED AND SAFETIED AS PER CESSNA MANUAL.
