AIRCRAFT DEPARTED AND LANDING GEAR WOULD NOT RETRACT.  NOSE WEIGHT SWITCH TESTED AND FOUND TO BE INTERMITTENT.  PART CHANGED OUR WITH SERVICABLE UNIT
