## Discrepancy

(CAN) ON DESCENT,  NR 4 PROP INDICATED 97 PERCENT PITCH LOCK CHECK WAS CARRIED OUT AND ENGINE SHUTDOWN.  PROPELLER VALVE WAS REPLACED,  AIRCRAFT GROUND RUN AND RETURNED TO SERVICE.
