## Discrepancy

(CAN) OVERHAULED VALVE PURCHASED JANUARY 23, 2001, GATE VALVE WAS FOUND STUCK IN THE CLOSED POSITION. THE VALVE WOULD NOT OPEN WHEN THE PRESSURE SELECTOR WAS SWITCHED TO THE OPEN POSITION.
