APRIL 4TH JAZZ HYD SHOP WO NR 174735 REPORTED, 'PISTON SHOE FAILURE CAUSED PISTON BEARING PLATE TO BE GOUGED.  PISTON RETAINER PLATE, PISTON RETAINER PLATE RETAINER AND CYLINDER BARREL DAMAGED BY FOD.  PUMP TESTED AND RETURNED TO SERVICE.'
