(CAN) FULL POWER NOT AVAILABLE FOR TAKEOFF.  STATIC RPM 150 RPM LOW.   ENGINE SLIGHTLY ROUGH.  REMOVED INJECTORS AND FOUND UNIDENTIFIED PARTICLE IN NR5 INJECTOR.   REMOVED PARTICLE AND ENGINE RAN NORMALLY.
