CREW REPORTED A FAIL INDICATION FOR THE RT HORIZONTAL STAB DEICE BOOT.  UPON INSPECTION BY MAINTENANCE THE BOOT HAD A 12 INCH SPLIT AND WAS REPLACED.  NO IN FLIGHT HANDLING PROBLEMS WHERE REPORTED.)
