## Discrepancy

GOVERNOR FAILED TO CONTROL ENGINE RPM.  WHEN THROTTLE INCREASED TO 100% ROTOR SPEED.  GOVERNOR CONTROL ASSEMBLY REPLACED WITH NEW.  AIRCRAFT GROUND RUN AND TEST FLIGHT SATISFACTORY.
