## Discrepancy

WHILE ON THE GROUND WITH THE APU RUNNING, SMOKE WAS OBSERVED IN THE CABIN.  THE CREW IMMEDIATELY SHUT DOWN THE APU.  THE TURBO COOLING FAN WAS FOUND SEIZED.
