(CAN) TAIL WHEEL FOUND FLAT DURING TAXI, UPON DISASSEMBLY IT WAS FOUND THAT THE INNER CORDS WERE FOUND LET GO AND CUT THE TUBE. TIRE, BATCH NR WAS EITHER 0321672 OR 0422043.
