CLEVIS BOLT NOT SECURED.  RETAINING NUT IS MISSING (AND COULD NOT BE LOCATED IN ACFT) CLEVIS BOLT DID NOT COMPLETLEY SEPARATE FROM THE CLEVIS HSG (ITEM NR 32).
