## Discrepancy

APPROX 5 MINUTES AFTER TAKEOFF ENGINE FLAMED OUT AND THE ACFT WAS FORCED TO DITCH.  SUBSEQUENT INVESTIGATION REVEALED FCU DISTRESS ASSOCIATED WITH A BRG SPACER MFG ERROR.
