## Discrepancy

(CAN) DURING START UP, THE ENG DID NOT START. THE PILOT NOTICED THAT THERE WAS NO FUEL FLOW RISE UP AND NO ITT.  HAVE REPLACED THE FUEL VALVE AND THE ENGINE STARTED NORMALLY.
