## Discrepancy

(CAN) CAPTAIN REPORTED THE NR 1 THRUST LEVER WAS STIFF TO OPERATE AND GETTING WORSE AS FLIGHT CONTINUED.  A RETURN TO THE FIELD OF DEPARTURE WAS CARRIED OUT.  (TC NR 20091218003)
