## Discrepancy

ON DEPARTURE, FLIGHT CREW NOTICED ARCING AND SPARKING FROM THE LT WINDSHIELD HEAT TERMINAL BLOCKS, WHEN EITHER WARM UP OR NORMAL IS SELECTED. CREW WAS ADVISED TO RETURN TO DEPARTURE. WINDSHIELD REPLACED DUE TO BURN MARK AT TERMINAL L1.
