STRONG ELECTRICAL ODOR, ROW 26/27 ACFT IN FLIGHT.  CONFIRMED COMPLAINT.  ISOLATED FAULT TO SEAT 28D SVDU INTERNALLY OVERHEATED/FAULT.  REPLACED SEAT 28D SVDU WITH P2 DOWNLOAD AND OPS TESTED SERVICEABLE.
