## Discrepancy

M/R BLADE PIN BUSHING THAT IS BONDED IN LOWER M/R HEAD SLEEVE WAS FOUND CRACKED DURING 100 HR INSP.  CRACK IS LOCATED ON THE INBD SIDE OF SLEEVE AND IS LOCATED ON THE ANTI-ROTATION TANG.
