## Discrepancy

(CAN) FLAP CIRCUIT BREAKER POP OUT, DURING TESTING FLAP OPERATION ON THE GROUND.  DEFECT FOUND WAS BURNED CONTACT IN FLAP RELAY LOCATED UNDER ACFT BELLY RT SIDE.
