## Discrepancy

ON TAKEOFF POWER APPLICATION, ENGINE AND PROPELLER OVERSPEED OCCURRED. TAKEOFF WAS ABORTED AND ENGINE WAS SHUTDOWN. PROPELLER CONTINUED TO ROTATE AFTER ENGINE SHUTDOWN.  PROPELLER FEATHER WAS CARRIED OUT.  ENGINE AND PROPELLER REMOVED FOR INVESTIGATION, OVER SPEED INSP AND O/H.
