## Discrepancy

IFSD DURING NON-REVENUE DELIVERY FLIGHT FUEL FLOW WAS FLUCTUATING ON ONE ENGINE, OTHER ENGINE PARAMETERS WERE STABLE. PILOT MOVED THROTTLES AND, THE ENGINE FLAMED OUT. IT WAS RESTARTED. FUEL FLOW WAS STILL FLUCTUATING, HOWEVER THE FLIGHT WAS COMPLETED UNEVENTFULLY.
