## Discrepancy

(CAN) FAN SHAFT ASSY WAS REMOVED DURING 100 HR INSPECTION.  WHEN THE ASSY WAS TO BE RE-INSTALLED THE MOUNTING BOLT FOR THE CLUTCH ACTUATOR COULD NOT BE INSERTED. WEAR MARKS WERE NOTED ON THE MOUNTING FLANGE.
