(CAN) CRACK FOUND AT MOUNTING BOLT HOLE IN EAR OF BRACKET.  CRACK RADIATING FROM HOLE TO EDGE OF BRACKET AT 7:00 POSITION WHEN BRACKET ORIENTED WITH FLAT SIDE DOWN.
