## Discrepancy

(CAN) POWER ROLL BACK DURING FLIGHT BTWEEN FL380 & FL400, THE CREW REPORTED A POWER ROLL BACK.  THE FLIGHT WAS DIVERTED, WHERE IT LANDED SAFELY.   SUSPECTED FCU TO BE THE ROOT CAUSE.
