(CAN) TRANSPONDER NR 1 MODE S TRANSPONDER GENERATING THE CAS MESSAGE : TRANSPONDER 1 FAIL.   RESETTING THE CIRCUIT BREAKER CLEARS THE MESSAGE BUT THEN AFTER CYCLING THE POWER FROM EITHER BATTERY OR GENERATORS OR GPU RESETS THE MESSAGE.
