## Discrepancy

(CAN) UPON ARRIVAL AT DESTINATION AIRPORT IT WAS DISCOVERED THAT THE FWD CARGO DOOR FWD LOCKS COVER WAS MISSING, PANEL 811AR.  SUSPECT THAT IT WAS STRUCK DURING CLOSING OF THE DOOR BY LOADING EQUIPMENT AT THE DEPARTURE AIRPORT.
