## Discrepancy

AIR CONDITIONING SYS REPORTED INOP DURING RUN-UP. UPON INVESTIGATION FOUND QUILL SHAFT FRONT SPLINE SHEARED AND REAR SPLINE ROUNDED INSIDE PULLEY SPLINES. DURING SHAFT REMOVAL, DISCOVERED THAT THE QUILL SHAFT SPRING WAS MISSING.
