## Discrepancy

(CAN) PILOT HEARD STRANGE NOISE THEN NOTICED NG INDICATOR BEING ERRATIC AND WAS FOLLOWED BUT WHAT HE THOUGHT WAS A FLAMEOUT.  ACFT SUBSEQUENTLY CRASHED INTO A LAKE.  FURTHER INFORMATION WILL BE PROVIDED AS INPECTION ADVANCES.
