## Discrepancy

AFTER TAKEOFF THE CREW UNABLE TO MOVE LEFT THROTTLE LEVER TO REDUCE ENGINE POWER.   THE ENGINE EXCEED THE ITT TARGET BUT STAY WITHIN LIMIT.  THIS WAS THE SECOND FLIGHT AFTER MX.
