## Discrepancy

(CAN) ON THE RT PROPELLER ASSY, COLLARS PN 802253-1 (REAR HALF) AND 802253-2 (FORWARD HALF) ON 3 BLADES (NR1,2,4) WENT AWAY DURING ENGINES OPERATIONS, IT WAS NOT NOTICED AT THE TIME IT HAPPENED SO ITS HARD TO DETERMINE IF IT HAPPENED IN FLIGHT OR DURING GROUND RUNS. THE COLLARS ON NR3 BLADES WERE ALMOST GONE. 1 OF THESE COLLARS WAS SUCKED IN THE RT ENGINE AND DAMAGED 10 BLADES ON THE COMPRESSOR TURBINE. ALL 4 BLADES ON RT PROP WERE DAMAGED. ANOTHER COLLAR HIT THE LT NACELLE.
