(CAN) PILOT REPORTED NR 2 NAV HAVING NO IDENT. REPLACED NR 2 VHF NAV RECEIEVER RETURNED AIRCRAFT TO SERVICE. THE UNSERVICEABLE VHF NAV RECEIVER HAD A NOTICEABLE ELECTRICAL ODOR TO IT.
