(CAN) SELECTING FLAPS APPROACH AND DOWN DID NOT ACTUATE FLAPS IN FLIGHT. MAINTENANCE FOUND LT ASSYMETRIC SWITCH, FLAP SAFETY SWITCH, WIRE TERMINALS TO BE IN POOR CONDITION, TERMINALS REPLACED AND WIRES SECURED FLAPS FUNCTION CHECKED NUMEROUS TIMES WITH NO FURTHER FAULTS.
