## Discrepancy

(CAN) FLAPS FAIL C ON APPROACH - FLAPLESS LANDING.  MAINTENANCE APPLIED TC AD CF2007-10R1, PART V.  ALL FLEXSHAFT WERE INSPECTED, CLEANED AND LUBRICATED. RT OTBD FLAP ACTUATORS WERE REPLACED.
