## Discrepancy

(CAN) CRACKED FUSELAGE FRAME AT LT AFT, FLOAT/AFT WING SPAR ATTACHMENT AREA. CRACK IS IN AREA "C" OF WIPAIRE SL REV D. AREA ALREADY REPLACED WITH THE NEWEST VERSION OF TUBING.  SUGGEST DRILLING HOLE AT AREA C TO IMPROVE FLEXIBILITY.
