## Discrepancy

(CAN) AFTER PUSHBACK AND ENGINE START, CONTROL COLUMN WENT HARD OVER TO THE RT. CANNOT BE BROUGHT BACK TO LEVEL WITHOUT FORCE AND WHEN RELEASED REVERTS HARD TO THE RIGHT.  MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE AILERON/RUDDER TRIM PANEL.  FAULTY AILERON TRIM SWITCH.
