## Discrepancy

(CAN) UPON LIFT OFF FROM AN OIL RIG, THE ACFT IS REPORTED TO HAVE LOST POWER.  THE EMERGENCY FLOATS WERE DEPLOYED BEFORE THE ACFT  WAS DITCHED IN THE WATER.  NO ONE ON BOARD WAS INJURED.
