(CAN) WHILE TAXIING IN, FOUND NR 2 STBY HYD PUMP RUNNING CONTINUOUSLY WHEN ACFT POWER IS ONLINE.  TROUBLESHOT SYS & FOUND NR 2 RCCB AT FAULT  & REPLACED.  ACFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.
