## Discrepancy

(CAN) BULKHEAD MISSING 12 ATTACHMENT RIVETS IN AFT CANTED FRAME.  NO RIVETS HAD EVER BEEN INSTALLED AT THIS LOCATION AND IT IS NOTED THAT THE ATTACHMENT OF THE FUSELAGE DORSAL FIN WOULD INTERFERE WITH THE INSTALLATION OF BULKHEAD RIVETS.
