## Discrepancy

(CAN) THE VELCRO STRAP SECURING THE ELT TO THE BASE SHOWS UV DETERIORATION.  STRAP WAS VERY WEAK, WITH RIPPING ACCOMPLISHED VERY EASY.  THESE ELT`S ARE MOUNTED IN FULL VIEW OF THE SUN THROUGH THE BUBBLE.  STRAP REPLACED WITH SERVICEABLE.
