## Discrepancy

(CAN) DURING REVENUE FLIGHT, 5 MINUTES AFTER TAKEOFF, FLIGHT CREW REPORTED ODOR OF BURNING PLASTIC IN THE CABIN WITH A MIST OF SMOKE.  PILOTS DECLARED EMERGENCY AND RETURNED TO AIRPORT OF ORIGIN.   OIL STREAKING NOTED IN THE ENGINE EXHAUST.
