(CAN) FCU LEVER STIFF WHEN FCU AT ROOM TEMP.  FCU LEVER STIFFER WITH FCU HOT AFTER 10 MIN GROUND RUN.  UNABLE TO MOVE THROTTLE FROM CUT-OFF TO IDLE FOR NEXT START.  FCU REMOVED AND TAGGED UNSERVICEABLE.
