## Discrepancy

(CAN) OIL TEMP RISING WHEN ACFT RUNNING ON THE GROUND.  FAN NOT SPINNING WHEN SUPPLIED WITH 28V.  RATTLING SOUND WHEN ROTATED BY HAND. MOTOR FAN REPLACED, AND THEN NORMAL OPERATION OF THE CIRCUIT.
