(CAN) AUTOFEATHER WOULD NOT ARM ON TAKEOFF.  SELECT WAS ILLUMINATED.  ABORTED AT 50 KTS.  MAINTENANCE FOUND FAULT CODE 70A ON NR 1 PEC DUE TO AUTOFEATHER SWITCH STICKING AND NOT LATCHING CORRECTLY.  AUTOFEATHER SWITCH.
