## Discrepancy

(CAN) DEFECT IN TIRE CREATED WEAK SPOT IN TIRE ALLOWING TUBE TO PROTRUDE.  OBSERVED ON A DAILY INSPECTION.  DOES NOT APPEAR TO BE CAUSED BY TIRE SKID.
