(CAN) DURING INSPECTION, LT ELEVATOR OTBD HINGE FASTENERS LOOSE.  SMOKING RIVETS AND DISCOVERED DURING SHAKE CHECK AT ELEVATOR TIP.  ALSO, FOUND 1 OTHER ACFT IN FLEET WITH THE SAME PROBLEM.
