## Discrepancy

(CAN) RUDDER TRIM IN NORMAL SYS OPERATION WOULD ONLY TRAVEL NOSE LT DEFLECTION AND WOULD NOT RETURN TO NEUTRAL.  RUDDER TRIM RATE PCB CARD FOUND UNSERVICEABLE, REPLACED AND FUNCTION CHECKED OK.
