## Discrepancy

(CAN) ENGINE WOULD NOT DEVELOP POWER FROM IDLE. FCU REPAIRED BY REPAIR FACILITY. FCU REINSTALLED AFTER REPAIR, MAINTENANCE UNABLE TO ADJUST IDLE, MIN FLOW.  ENGINE WOULD NOT DEVELOP TAKEOFF POWER. UNIT RETURNED AND DISTORTED BELLOWS ASSY FOUND.
