## Discrepancy

(CAN) FLOAT DECK FITTING INSPECTED AND FOUND CRACKED. UNIT REPLACED WITH NEW FITTING. FLEET INSPECTION FOUND ONE OTHER 55-S-618 CRACKED OUT OF A TOTAL OF SIX FITTINGS. ALSO FITTING FOUND CRACKED ONCE REMOVED FROM FITTING.
